Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated PGT Accountancy Teacher to teach Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and a proven track record of producing good board examination results.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Accountancy and related Commerce subjects to Classes XI & XII.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE guidelines.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, projects, and study materials.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Guide students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive commerce-related courses.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports as required.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
Qualifications
- M.Com / Master's Degree in Commerce or Accountancy.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience teaching Accountancy at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling board classes with strong academic results.
- Proficiency in MS Office, smart boards, and online learning platforms.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
