Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Execute installation, commissioning, and startup of Color Sorter
and related equipment at client sites.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance and resolve breakdowns to ensure
continuous equipment functionality
Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical problems and provide effective on-site solutions
Service Reporting: Submit service reports and maintain accurate job documentation for each customer visit
Customer Support: Provide both on-site and remote technical assistance to ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Documentation & Feedback: Keep service records updated, report recurring issues, and contribute to
service improvement initiatives
Adherence to Safety Standards: Comply with all company and industry safety protocols
CRM Updates: Maintain service records and customer interactions in the CRM system
Additional Responsibilities: Carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 per year
