The candidate must have prior experience working with e-commerce brands focused on flowers, cakes, gifts, decorations, or event services. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into sales, assisting customers with bookings and enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the operations team for smooth order execution. Candidates should have strong communication and persuasion skills, basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
