Spectrum Physio Centre is looking for a qualified and motivated Lead Physiotherapist to join our team and support the clinical management and rehabilitation of patients with physical challenges. The Lead Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients, planning and implementing effective physiotherapy treatments, and guiding junior physiotherapists when required.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage patients with different rehabilitation needs. A passion for patient care, teamwork, and professional growth is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform advanced physiotherapy techniques including mobilization, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Assist patients in recovering mobility, strength, and functional independence after injury or surgery.
- Guide and support junior physiotherapists in treatment planning and patient management when required.
- Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, posture correction, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Plan and organize physiotherapy programs and rehabilitation protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) – Required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and physiotherapy techniques
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain rapport with patients
- Teamwork and leadership abilities
- Basic administration and documentation skills
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Patience, empathy, and commitment to patient care
