A Brief Overview
Responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to third-party inquiries about TriNet's security, privacy, and risk management programs. Works closely with subject matter experts to complete questionnaires related to contract renewals, audit preparation, requests for proposal, and other responses as needed. Presents proposed responses to TriNet attorneys for review prior to disclosure. Analyzes solicitations to identify response requirements. Researches and synthesizes content relevant to questionnaire response requirements. Verifies content compliance. Ensures content is presented in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
What you will do
- Interfaces with subject matter experts to research relevant topics.
- Applies analytical and writing skills to develop and refine responses to questionnaires received from customers, prospects, and other third parties.
- Uses and updates repositories of previous proposal materials.
- Leverages proposal collaboration tools to ensure configuration control of proposal content.
- Understands TriNet's security controls, policies and procedures as it relates to internal processes and across product lines.
- Stay abreast and knowledgeable of changing security landscape internally and externally as an SME.
- Interface with customers on their questions surrounding information and application security.
- Maintain an understanding of the different computing environments at TriNet including the controls in place.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree IT, Library Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 2+ years Progressive experience in IT audit, IT security, or Systems Administration. preferred
- Technical writing experience in the software industry is a plus.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of corporate policies statements (CPS) and government policies.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Licenses and Certifications
- CompTIA Security+ Certification Security and privacy related certifications are a plus
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Security and privacy related certifications are a plus
