Key Responsibilities:
1.Collect customer feedback on Kappal's platform and services.
2.Conduct customer interactions and feedback-gathering activities.
3.Analyze customer feedback and identify improvement areas.
4.Prepare and share feedback reports with management.
5.Recommend actions to enhance customer satisfaction and user experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
