We are currently expanding our team for ARMC (Artist Republic Meet Competition), a rapidly growing national-level creative competition designed to provide exposure, recognition, networking opportunities, and career-building experiences for young artists and creators across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and target-driven professionals who enjoy interacting with students and young creators.
As an Inside Sales & Student Engagement Executive, you will connect with prospective participants, explain the competition benefits, guide them through the registration process, and help convert inquiries into confirmed registrations.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inside sales, student counselling, business development, telecalling, admissions counselling, or event promotions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & Follow-Ups
- Connect with leads generated through digital campaigns, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Explain competition categories, participation process, benefits, prizes, and event structure.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture interested prospects.
Registration & Conversion
- Guide students and creators through the registration journey.
- Address queries related to participation, competition guidelines, schedules, and fees.
- Convert inquiries into successful registrations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Student Counselling & Guidance
- Help participants understand the value and opportunities offered through ARMC.
- Provide information regarding competition rounds, judging criteria, and participation requirements.
- Build strong relationships with participants and parents where required.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-up activities.
- Update CRM and track conversion progress.
- Submit regular performance and activity reports.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Student Counselling, Admissions, Business Development, or Event Promotions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and young creators.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in EdTech, education counselling, training institutes, competitions, events, or community engagement.
- Candidates with a passion for education, youth development, or creative industries.
- Professionals comfortable with outbound calling and relationship building.
