SAP BDC Developer
As an SAP BDC Developer you will lead analytical initiatives and enable datadriven decisionmaking across the organization You will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing analytic applications dashboards and data models using SAP Analytics Cloud SAC SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC Your expertise will drive automation integration and advanced analytics to support business objectives
Key responsibilities
Create analytic applications interactive dashboards and KPI models using SAP Analytics Cloud SAC and SAP Datasphere for both import and live scenarios
Connect model and harmonize data from SAP and nonSAP sources within Datasphere building scalable and governed data models to support advanced analytics and reporting needs
Customize SAC applications using JavaScript and other scripting languages and orchestrate data automation processes in Datasphere to enhance data utility and process efficiency
Continuously optimize dashboard and application performance identify bottlenecks and recommend enhancements to ensure reliable and efficient analytics solutions
Drive adoption of predictive analytics R visualizations and external libraries to create immersive and insightful user experiences
Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience with 23 years as a Senior Developer or in an SAP SACDataspherefocused role
Proven expertise in designing implementing and delivering SAC solutions for reporting and analytics including integration with SAP Datasphere
Strong handson experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC for data management integration and automation
Advanced proficiency in SAC predictive features Smart functionalities story canvases data blending and linked analysis
Skilled in developing unified and governed data models in SAP Datasphere and integrating SACDatasphere with SAP HANA and other databases
Advanced coding and scripting abilities in SQL Python and JavaScript for dashboard customization and data automation
Deep understanding in SAP HANA XSA SAP Web IDE Eclipse HANA Studio and Git Source Code Version Control Management relational database concepts and SQL
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services BODS and AgileScrum methodologies is desirable
