Location: Goregaon – Infinity IT Park
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Salary: ₹13,000 In-hand
CTC: ₹17,000
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chats
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Update customer details and records in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
- Follow company process and service standards
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
