Key Responsibilities:
Visit shops, traders, manufacturers, service organizations, industries, and corporate offices to promote the firm's services.
Generate leads through door-to-door visits, networking, and direct client meetings.
Present and explain Income Tax, GST, Compliance, Accounting, and Legal Consultancy services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert prospects into clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of deals.
Maintain records of daily visits, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome; prior experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to interact confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
