Digital Marketing Manager – Job DescriptionRole Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and improve online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital campaigns, graphic design, content creation, website management, SEO, and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies.
- Monitor audience engagement, trends, and campaign performance.
- Design creative posts, banners, reels, and marketing creatives.
2. Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, advertisements, websites, and email campaigns.
- Develop branding materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
3. Content Writing & Marketing
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, website content, social media captions, ad copies, and email campaigns.
- Create compelling marketing content for lead generation and audience engagement.
- Develop content calendars and campaign strategies.
4. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, ROI, and audience targeting.
- Monitor ad budgets, campaign analytics, and performance reports.
- Implement retargeting and conversion tracking strategies.
5. Website Design & WordPress Management
- Manage and update company websites using WordPress.
- Create landing pages and improve website UI/UX for better conversions.
- Handle plugins, website optimization, and performance improvements.
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website.
6. Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Develop inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and CRM-based marketing.
- Manage automation workflows, pipelines, and funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
7. SEO & Digital Growth
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve website ranking, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Track SEO performance using Google Search Console and analytics tools.
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, CPL, and ROI.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- WordPress
- Canva / Photoshop
- CRM tools
- GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing or service-based industries is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Canada).
- Background in virtual assistance, outsourcing, or service-based businesses.
- Experience in automation workflows, lead nurturing, and sales funnels.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and digital branding.
