Job Summary
Ekakshar BuildTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting company projects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and closure.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
