Quickstep Computer Centre is looking for a Front Office Executive with good computer skills to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Welcome and assist students and visitors professionally
✔ Handle admissions, enquiries, and front desk operations
✔ Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
✔ Maintain student records and office documentation
✔ Coordinate with trainers and support daily administrative activities
✔ Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data entry and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Good knowledge of Computer Basics & MS Office
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic knowledge of email handling and internet browsing
✔ Positive attitude with good customer service skills
✔ 0–3 years of experience preferred
✔ Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply
✔ Candidates from nearby / surrounding areas are preferred
