Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through corporate clients, SMEs, and channel partners.
- Manage end-to-end General Insurance products including Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Motor, Health (GMC/GPA/GTL), Property, Travel, and Miscellaneous policies.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for underwriting, quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Prepare and negotiate competitive quotations based on client requirements.
- Handle policy endorsements, including additions, deletions, corrections, sum insured revisions, and other mid-term changes.
- Coordinate with insurers and clients for claim registration, documentation, follow-up, and claim settlement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure timely renewal of existing policies and maximize renewal retention.
- Conduct client meetings to understand insurance requirements and recommend suitable risk solutions.
- Prepare policy comparisons, presentations, and renewal proposals.
- Liaise with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, policies, endorsements, claims, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
- Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
