Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain the benefits and usage of Ayurvedic medicines, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle inbound calls from interested customers, answer product-related questions, and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain an accurate and updated customer database (CRM/Excel) with call details and customer information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, complaints, and preferences.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 12th pass is required
- Strong persuasive communication skills to explain benefits and handle objections.
- Patience, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for data entry and management.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
