Position: Production Manager
Location: Siltara, Raipur
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow in the plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing environments such as steel plants, crusher plants, or similar industrial setups and possess strong leadership skills to manage workforce and contractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on time.
- Monitor plant operations and maintain productivity standards.
- Handle and coordinate labour teams and contractors.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
- Maintain safety standards and operational discipline within the plant.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with management regarding production planning and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a steel plant, crusher plant, or any steel manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in handling labour and contractor management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Willingness to work 10–12 hours per day as per operational requirements.
- Hardworking, responsible, and result-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
