About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to travel locally if required.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
