Job Summary: - We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Job Description: -
· Provide a warm, personalized greeting to guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed
· Oversee the restaurant's reservation system, schedule bookings efficiently, and accommodate special requests.
· Coordinate guest seating to optimize table turnover while maintaining a relaxed dining atmosphere.
· Address guest inquiries, resolve any complaints, and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience.
· Build rapport with regular patrons, remembering their preferences to offer a personalized experience.
· Liaise with servers, kitchen staff, and the management team to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery.
· Assist in organizing special events, birthdays, or anniversaries, ensuring all guest needs are met.
· Solicit guest feedback after their dining experience, and work with the management to implement improvements.
Job Specification: -
· Ability to communicate professionally and warmly with guests, making them feel welcomed and valued.
· Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
· Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints calmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive guest experience.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, particularly during busy service periods.
· Ability to collaborate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
· Ensuring the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest satisfaction.
Well-groomed and presentable to reflect the restaurant’s high standards
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
