Position: Customer Support Associate Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to manage customer interactions, provide timely support, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling expertise, proficiency in advanced Excel, and experience in tracking customer activities through CRM or tracking applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Conduct cold calling activities for customer engagement, follow-ups, and business development support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain customer records, reports, and databases using Advanced Excel.
- Track customer interactions, complaints, orders, and follow-ups through CRM/tracking applications.
- Draft professional emails and maintain effective written communication with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely customer support and issue resolution.
- Generate periodic MIS reports and analyze customer-related data.
- Follow up on pending customer concerns and ensure closure within defined timelines.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline / Pharma Background will get preference
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telesales, or a similar role.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Experience in cold calling and customer follow-ups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, MIS Reporting, etc.).
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer tracking applications.
- Strong email drafting and business correspondence skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
