Graphic Designer

CORE COMPETENCIES & REQUIRED SKILLS
- Design Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory); After Effects & Premiere Pro (preferred).
- Typography & Layout: Strong command of typography, colour theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy for both digital and print media.
- Brand Thinking: Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate business objectives into compelling visual stories and consistent brand identity.
- Digital Savvy: Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar tools; understanding of social media platform specs and digital ad formats.
- Creative Leadership: Confident in presenting creative concepts to stakeholders and leading ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Pixel-perfect precision and commitment to quality in every deliverable — from concept to final production file.
- Time & Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise workload, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working across departments and with external vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field — Mandatory.
- Post-Graduate Diploma or Master’s in Design / Communication — Preferred.
- Minimum 4–8 years of professional graphic design experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team.
- Prior experience in a creative agency, media company, ed-tech, or corporate marketing setup is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for events and on-ground activations as required.
