Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Introduce company products and services effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience will be preferred.
