Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and manpower sourcing activities.
- Hands-on exposure in ground-level recruitment, blue-collar hiring, and project/site-based hiring.
- Experience in conducting walk-ins, trade hiring, vendor coordination, and bulk recruitment drives.
- Good exposure in onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation processes.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in maintaining recruitment MIS, trackers, and HR records.
- Candidates with exposure to EPC / O&M / Industrial / Manufacturing sectors will be preferred.
