Position: HR Executive

Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMS administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in maintaining employee records, and proficiency in HR software to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Complete employee joining formalities and document verification.
HRMS & HR Software Management
- Manage and maintain employee records in the HRMS.
- Update employee profiles, attendance, leave, shifts, and other HR data.
- Generate HR reports from the HRMS.
- Monitor attendance, punch records, overtime, and leave balances.
- Coordinate with employees to resolve HRMS-related issues.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all HR software records.
Documentation & Employee Records
- Maintain employee personal files and confidential records.
- Prepare and issue HR letters, including confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, warning, and relieving letters.
- Maintain statutory and compliance-related HR documentation.
- Ensure all employee documents are complete, updated, and securely maintained.
- Organize digital and physical HR records for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Payroll & Attendance Support
- Prepare attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for salary processing.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and shift records before payroll submission.
- Assist in salary revisions, increments, and employee benefits administration.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and organizational updates.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support HR audits and statutory documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and management presentations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Experience using HRMS or other HR software is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
