Receptionist – Job Description
A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and office records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative is an advantage.

Receptionists typically work in offices, hospitals, hotels, schools, clinics, or corporate organizations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Pay: ₹8,597.79 - ₹24,002.73 per month
