The Cluster Sales Manager – Secured Lending (Home Loans & LAP) will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations for a designated cluster of branches or territories, focusing specifically on Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This role involves driving sales targets, building and nurturing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans for the assigned cluster to achieve business objectives and sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and product knowledge to perform effectively.
- Monitor team performance against targets, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the cluster to expand the customer base and increase market penetration for secured lending products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to foster business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation, application submission, credit appraisal, sanction, to disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, credit guidelines, and external regulatory requirements related to secured lending products.
- Conduct regular market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and stay updated with industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage credit quality and portfolio health for the cluster, working closely with credit and operations teams to minimize risks and ensure healthy asset quality.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention.
