Full job description
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, and requests.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, and follow up on leads.
- Actively listen to customer needs, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tamil and English is required - HINDI - Will be an added Advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM and telephony systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Location: KILPAUK, CHENNAI
Work Days: Monday to Saturday - 09:30am to 06:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
