Job Summary:
We are seeking proactive and customer-oriented Frontline Sales Executives with around 1 year of retail or sales experience. The role involves driving in-store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to store performance through effective product demonstration and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage walk-in customers and understand their needs through effective questioning
- Recommend and sell appropriate consumer electronics and appliances
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to enhance customer experience
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue goals
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories, add-ons, and protection plans
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product availability
- Handle basic customer queries, objections, and after-sales coordination
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and ongoing promotions
- Support billing and store operations as required
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales / frontline sales / customer-facing roles
- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
- Interest in consumer electronics and retail environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
