Lead IT System Admin
Job Description Summary
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of the IT server infrastructure. Performs a wide variety of technical duties which include, but are not limited to analysis, installation, configuration, modification, documentation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, and repair of all server technology hardware and software. Provides hardware and software technical guidance to core IT administrators and remote sites.
Job Description:
Act as local IT support, co-operate with corporate IT to implement standard applications and infrastructure systems in time and with high quality
Maintain IT local applications and infrastructure according to corporate IT strategy, standards, policies and best practices
Work closely with local cross function team supporting Regional/Corporate IT team on site ERP/Other major systems implementation, optimization project support/assistant
Work closely with the Plant operation and ME team to support Regional/Corporate IT on MES system implementation, optimization and supporting
IT support for local users, utilize FreshService System on incidents, problem, and change management
Work closely with Regional/Corp IT team on IT applications or systems update/optimization, be the bridge of local team and corporate IT team on new project launching
Assist finance manager on IT related budget and forecast.
Ensure IT orientation for new associates, regular IT training for end users.
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education

Bachelor’s degree major in computer science or relevant majors

Above 8 years’ experience in Infrastructure support

Above 2 years’ experience in ERP and MES application support

In-deep experience on troubleshooting and end user helpdesk supporting

Good documentation experience (Visio, Word, etc.)

People management skill
