Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and growth-driven Business Development & Client Servicing Executive/Manager to support our expansion in corporate and PSU sectors. This role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and project coordination, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and research new business opportunities in corporate and PSU sectors
- Initiate contact and build relationships with decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and assist in proposing tailored solutions
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline
2. Client Servicing & Account Management
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction
3. Project Coordination (Mumbai-based)
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Ensure smooth communication and project execution
- Provide on-ground support for Mumbai-based events when required
4. Proposal Development & Presentation
- Assist in preparing customized proposals and presentations
- Support client meetings and presentations
- Participate in negotiations and deal closures
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and projects
- Prepare reports on sales pipeline and client engagement
- Coordinate invoice follow-ups and payment collections
Qualifications & SkillsExperience
- 2–3 years in business development, client servicing, or related roles
- Experience with pharma/healthcare clients preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
