Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clienteling and after-sales service.
- Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Zeal for sales in diamond jewellery retail sales (lab-grown or natural diamonds) or from luxurious goods companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Hands on experiences in handling International Customers will be added advantage
Qualification : Graduation Language skills : Expertise in English Communication is mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
