Role Summary
A Marketing Manager oversees all promotional activities for a restaurant or restaurant group, ensuring consistent branding, strong customer engagement, and steady growth in sales through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
Plan seasonal campaigns, special events, and festive promotions (e.g., Diwali offers, brunch launches)
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
Digital Marketing
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Coordinate content creation (photos, reels, influencer collaborations)
Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Monitor online reviews on platforms like Zomato and Google
Partnerships & Promotions
Collaborate with food delivery platforms and influencers
Build partnerships with local businesses or event organizers
Plan loyalty programs, discounts, and referral campaigns
Data & Performance Tracking
Analyze campaign performance and customer data
Track KPIs like footfall, online orders, engagement, and ROI
Adjust strategies based on insights
Event & Experience Marketing
Organize in-house events (live music nights, themed dinners)
Create unique dining experiences to attract repeat customers
Required Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends
Creativity in campaign planning and branding
Analytical skills for performance tracking
Communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the food & beverage (F&B) industry
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
7-9 years of experience in marketing (hospitality experience preferred)
