- Provide support to the sales team in day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and dashboards (MIS).
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Track sales performance and share regular updates with management.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (sales, accounts, operations).
- Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and service support.
