HR & OPERATIONS INTERN - ATARA PREMIUM MENSWEAR
Duration: 3 months | Location: Hybrid | Schedule: Mon-Sun (Thursdays off)
Timing - 11 am to 8 pm
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Education & Background:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Understanding of basic HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee communication)
Good general knowledge of workplace practices and professionalism
Soft Skills:
Street smart with practical problem-solving abilities
Quick thinking & Quick learner with good judgment in handling situations
Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Resourceful and adaptable to real-world scenarios
Can navigate office dynamics and communication tactfully
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support (scheduling, documentation, filing)
Candidate communication and interview coordination
Brand communication
HR coordination and employee support
General office coordination and task management
