We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer + Video Content Creator to join our growing real estate brand on a part-time basis.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our real estate marketing across multiple platforms including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Other digital channels
Key Responsibilities
- Design premium real estate marketing posts & banners
- Create engaging property reels and short-form videos
- Edit walkthrough videos & promotional content
- Develop brand-consistent social media creatives
- Create ad creatives for property campaigns
- Maintain a luxury, modern Dubai real estate aesthetic
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
- Video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)
- Understanding of real estate marketing content
- Strong sense of luxury branding & typography
- Ability to create fast, engaging social media content
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, LinkedIn marketing
Preferred Experience
- Real estate / property marketing experience
- UAE market exposure (bonus)
- Portfolio of social media creatives & video edits
