Role & responsibilities
- Source affordable housing loan prospects through direct channels, connectors, and field visits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Conduct preliminary credit assessment and collect required documentation.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for file processing.
- Ensure timely login, follow-up, and disbursement of home loan applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly targets for sourcing and disbursement.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent post-disbursement support.
