· Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, and hospitals to increase patient referrals.
· Organize community health camps, seminars, and corporate check-up camps to promote specialized services.
· Manage social media, website updates, patient engagement, and online campaigns to improve the hospital’s digital reputation.
· Analyze competitor activity, patient behaviour, and geographical opportunities for new markets.
· Coordinate with internal departments to create promotional materials and execute marketing campaigns.
· Submit regular reports on marketing activities, patient flow, and ROI on campaigns.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and print channels.
· Conduct competitor research and identify target audience needs to define marketing strategies.
· Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.
· Assist with organizing events, webinars, and trade shows
· Responsible for increase in revenue generation for hospitals within the market by driving a team & directing desired focus on all business segments.
· Identify and target customer segments for referral programs.
· Prepare regular reports on referral marketing activities and outcomes.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in referral marketing.
· Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on referral programs.
· Actively connect with nearby hospitals for referral marketing.
· Good at building and maintaining relationships and networks.
· Must fluently speak local language (Odia)
· Should have geographic knowledge of the city.
· Support in implementing changes management, roll out of strategic org. plan and bring out sustainable results.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
