Role Overview
As a Product Intern, you will work closely with the founder and development team across the entire product lifecycle.
You will help understand customer problems, identify opportunities, define product improvements, and make sure what we build actually solves real problems.
Core Responsibilities
- Talk to merchants and understand their problems and workflows.
- Conduct customer and competitor research.
- Identify opportunities to improve Venvra.
- Convert customer feedback into clear product requirements.
- Help create user flows and feature specifications.
- Work closely with developers during feature development.
- Test new features and provide product feedback.
- Track recurring customer problems and product requests.
- Help prioritize features based on customer impact.
- Participate in product decisions and experiments.

Compensation
The initial 3-month internship is unpaid.
At the end of the internship, your performance and contribution will be reviewed. High-performing interns may have the opportunity to continue with Venvra in a paid role , based on performance and role requirements.
