Position: Project Manager – Web Development

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end web development projects.
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
- Good knowledge of Full Stack Development and modern web technologies.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Ability to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to developers and designers.
- Strong project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of multiple web development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, requirement clarification, and regular project updates.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead and guide development teams on CMS and Full Stack projects, providing technical direction whenever required.
- Create project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and track project progress.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, resolve escalations, and proactively address challenges.
- Conduct regular status meetings and ensure clear communication across teams and clients.
- Oversee task distribution, team productivity, and successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
