Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong network of franchise partners and real estate investors.
- Provide strategic sales support to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain strong investor relationships, including communication, reporting, and resolving queries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
- Drive fund generation through relationship building and tailored investment solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investor pitching.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and agreements with clients, investors, and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to improve business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, investor relations, client pitching, and fund generation.
- Mandatory experience in Franchise Sales and Real Estate Sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet revenue targets and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
