Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Azure IAM & Terraform Expert to design, implement, and manage secure cloud environments on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity and access management, cloud security, governance, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. This role is responsible for ensuring secure access to cloud resources, automating infrastructure deployment, and enforcing organizational compliance and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Azure identity and access management solutions.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, applications, and enterprise integrations.
Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of Azure resources.
Implement Azure governance controls using policies, management groups, and resource locks.
Perform security assessments, access reviews, and compliance audits.
Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to implement cloud security best practices.
Create reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Troubleshoot identity, authentication, authorization, and infrastructure deployment issues.
Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
Experience with RBAC, PIM, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
Experience with Azure networking, storage, compute, and security services.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Azure certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Terraform certifications or advanced Terraform experience.
Experience in multi-cloud environments.
Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms.
