Position: Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital and print media. The candidate should have a strong sense of design, branding, and visual storytelling to support marketing, sales, and corporate communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and presentations.
- Create social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop branding and visual identity materials as per company guidelines.
- Design website and digital marketing creatives.
- Edit images, videos, and multimedia content when required.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong creativity, typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
- Good communication and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in graphic design will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Creative thinker with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or marketing industry is preferred.
- Ability to handle both print and digital design requirements.
