- Knowledge acquisition from incumbent on the mainframe service delivery and provide KT to
- offshore team
- Review the documents on regular basis to maintain AS IS processes and procedures of the z/OS
- administration as current as possible
- Support for Set up of offshore mainframe z/OS administration & mainframe service delivery
- Build Relationship with customer and SMEs at customer’s site
- Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams
