We're Hiring: Customer Support Executives (Hindi & English)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our PF Consultation Process. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with PF withdrawal queries and related services.
- Follow up with interested and existing customers.
- Manage customer interactions via WhatsApp and provide prompt support.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/data regularly.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
