Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HSE Lead to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices at the site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards, implementing HSE policies, and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HSE activities at the site.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure safe working practices.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation / ETC / AE.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in HSE/Safety operations.
- Candidates with a strong background in industrial/site safety will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, audits, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
