Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to achieve sales goals.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Tele-Sales, or IT Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Background
- Experience selling IT Services, Software Development, Staffing Services, Digital Solutions, SaaS Products, or Technology Solutions.
- Ability to understand business requirements and position suitable solutions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
