We are seeking a confident, proactive, and energetic Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to Director. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence and communications
- Coordinate appointments, events, and personal errands
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Track expenses and support day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- High level of confidentiality and reliability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
