We are hiring a Trainer to build our new AI Automation and AI Agents track from the ground up.

Cokonet Academy is an AI-first EdTech institution with 16+ years of operation and 400+ hiring partners. We are launching a hands-on AI Automation and AI Agents program, and we want a builder to design and deliver it.
ROLE: Trainer, AI Automation and AI Agents (n8n, LLMs, RAG, APIs)
LOCATION: Trivandrum, Kochi, or Bengaluru (on-site or hybrid or online delivery)
ENGAGEMENT: Full-time, part-time, or freelance visiting faculty
This is a build-first program. Every module ends with a working automation the learner can run and show. You will take a batch from zero prior knowledge to deploying production-ready agents for real business use.
WHAT YOU WILL TEACH
- n8n end to end: workflows, nodes, sub-workflows, JSON, and self-hosting
- LLM APIs and open-source models via Ollama (Deepseek, Llama, Mistral)
- RAG chatbots and AI agents: embeddings, retrieval, and auto-updating vector databases
- Prompt engineering and system prompt design for reliable agents
- Real automations: email, sentiment analysis, WhatsApp and Telegram agents, web scraping
- Webhooks, HTTP requests, debugging, Flowise, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- The commercial side: packaging, selling, and embedding automations into websites
- Security and ethics: prompt injection, jailbreaks, and data protection
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years building automations and AI agents in production or client settings
- Strong practical command of n8n
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, Deepseek)
- Hands-on RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and chunking
- Comfort with basic JavaScript for custom tools and expressions
- A clear teaching style with the patience to take beginners to a working level
Practical, demonstrable skill matters more than formal qualification. If you have a portfolio, GitHub, or sample workflows, we want to see them.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
