Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Faculty to train and mentor students with practical, industry-oriented digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Teach SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Guide students through live projects, assignments, and case studies.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Mentor students in project development and career preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and AI-powered marketing technologies.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and tools.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and AI marketing tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.
Performance-based salary increments will be provided based on teaching quality and overall performance.
