Office 365 L2 Support Engineer
Experience: 5-6 yrs
Location: Bangalore | F2F interview
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for Office 365 services:
Exchange Online: mailbox issues, transport rules, shared mailbox access, mail flow troubleshooting
Microsoft Teams: access issues, meeting issues, policy application
OneDrive for Business: sync issues, file recovery, permission issues
SharePoint Online: site access issues, permissions, file access errors
Office Apps: activation issues, licensing problems, and performance troubleshooting
MFA / Security & Compliance: assist users in MFA setup and basic policy troubleshooting
Intune :
Device compliance, conditional access rule checks, device enrollment checks Escalate unresolved issues to L3 or Microsoft support with proper documentation.
Perform user onboarding/offboarding activities.
Monitor service health and incidents via Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Generate regular reports on license usage, user activity, and service health.
Maintain and update knowledge base documentation.
Coordinate with vendors or Microsoft support as needed.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of Office 365 architecture and services.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Exchange Online , Onprem
Microsoft Teams
OneDrive for Business
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Microsoft Intune
Familiarity with Azure AD users and groups, license assignment.
Knowledge of Intune and Conditional Access.
Good communication and documentation skills.
