Role
- Main responsibilities Implement, configure, build and Maintain SuccessFactors module Make estimates of time required.
- Performs thorough testing to ensure accuracy of SuccessFactors module implemented Supports the client and onshore counterparts on the functioning of the application Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production) .
- Perform unit testing of these parametrization results, carrying out the necessary tests in a testing environment.
- Ensure testing evidence is documented and captured.
- Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements, present new features to our stakeholders
- Certification: SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) plus at least one additional module
Experience / Skills
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of strong experience in SuccessFactors .
- Employee Central Core having Implementation and AMS expertise.
- Knowledge in Data migration / Data purge activity will be good value add.
- Experience in working in one of the talent modules will be added advantage.
- Stakeholder management experience and expertise
- Strong Problem Solving/Analytical Skills breaking down issues into smaller components
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
